Job Summary

Maalbeck SpA is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Consultor/a de Estrategia Digital to help organizations develop and execute effective digital strategies. The successful candidate will analyze business needs, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and work with internal teams to implement initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

The idóneo candidate will combine strong business knowledge with an understanding of digital technologies, data, customer experience, and emerging market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Assess current digital capabilities, processes, customer journeys, and technology environments.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Develop digital roadmaps, action plans, and implementation priorities.
- Work with stakeholders to define project objectives, KPIs, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Recommend appropriate digital platforms, technologies, and tools.
- Analyze customer behavior and digital performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the optimization of websites, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, operations, product, and leadership teams.
- Monitor the performance of digital initiatives and prepare progress reports.
- Present strategic recommendations and findings to management and clients.
- Support change-management initiatives associated with digital transformation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, digital trends,



and industry best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Digital Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, business consulting, product strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital business models and transformation methodologies.
- Experience analyzing business processes, customer journeys, and digital performance.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital transformation or technology consulting projects.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, e-commerce, analytics, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of UX/UI and customer experience principles.
- Experience developing business cases and evaluating technology investments.
