We combine agile methodologies with cloud‑first strategies to help clients modernize their operations. To strengthen our project delivery capabilities, we are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in Santiago.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil‑infrastructure projects that support digital‑transformation initiatives (e.g., data‑center construction, fiber‑optic rollout, smart‑city installations).
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and cost‑benefit analyses, ensuring projects align with client requirements, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals.
- Produce technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with architects, electrical/mechanical engineers, and software teams to integrate civil works with IT and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and risk registers; prepare progress reports for stakeholders and public‑sector clients.




- Oversee quality‑control inspections, safety compliance, and environmental impact assessments throughout project lifecycles.
- Support the adoption of agile project‑management practices within civil‑engineering teams, facilitating rapid iteration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil‑infrastructure design, construction management, or consulting, preferably with exposure to technology‑focused projects.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) and familiarity with project‑management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of Chilean building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary, agile environments.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, client‑centered solutions on time and within budget.

Compensation

- Competitive hourly rate: CLP 7,400 – CLP 15,800 (based on experience and expertise).
