Business Development Analyst

Salary: CLP $1,500,000 - $2,000,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Analyst to join our growing team in Chile. This role is adecuado for a commercially minded, analytical professional who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, analyzing markets, building relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

You will work closely with the commercial and leadership teams to turn market insights into actionable business opportunities and help drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Analyze commercial data, sales performance, and business trends.
- Prepare business cases, reports, presentations, and financial analyses.
- Support the development and execution of business growth strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.
- Track leads, opportunities, and key business development KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Support negotiations, proposals, and commercial initiatives.





Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1- 3 years of experience in business development, strategy, sales, consulting, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with CRM or BI tools is a plus.
- Strong business and commercial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
