Job Summary

Pymail II SpA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Asistente de Estadísticas Web to support the collection, analysis, and reporting of website and digital performance data. The successful candidate will monitor web statistics, identify traffic trends, prepare reports, and assist internal teams in using data to improve digital performance and user engagement.

The adecuado candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in web analytics, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and organize website traffic and digital performance data.
- Monitor key web metrics, including users, sessions, page views, engagement, traffic sources, and conversions.
- Prepare regular web statistics reports and performance summaries.
- Analyze traffic patterns and identify significant changes or trends.
- Assist marketing and digital teams with campaign performance analysis.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of web analytics data and reporting activities.
- Assist with tracking campaigns, links, events, and conversion goals.
- Validate data and identify potential inconsistencies or tracking issues.
- Create spreadsheets, charts, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Support data collection from analytics platforms and internal systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, IT, and web development teams.
- Provide basic insights and recommendations based on web performance data.
- Stay informed about web analytics tools, digital trends, and measurement practices.

Requirements




- Technical or university-level education in Statistics, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience, internship, or coursework involving data analysis or web analytics is preferred.
- Basic understanding of website traffic and digital performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar analytics platforms.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.
- Willingness to learn new analytics and digital technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and social media analytics.
- Understanding of UTM parameters and conversion tracking.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, website structures, or JavaScript is an advantage.
- Experience with e-commerce or digital marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization.
