Job Summary

Pymail SpA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Asistente de Análisis de Tráfico Web to support the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of website traffic and digital performance. The successful candidate will help collect and interpret web analytics data, identify traffic trends, and provide insights that support marketing, content, and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and digital performance metrics.
- Collect, organize, and analyze web analytics data from various platforms.
- Prepare regular traffic reports and performance dashboards.
- Track key metrics such as sessions, users, page views, engagement, bounce rates, conversions, and traffic sources.
- Identify trends, unusual traffic patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support analysis of organic, paid, social media, referral, and direct traffic.
- Assist marketing and digital teams with campaign performance analysis.
- Monitor landing-page and website performance and identify potential optimization opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of analytics data and reporting activities.
- Assist with setting up and monitoring tracking tags, events, and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, IT, and web development teams.
- Help investigate technical or tracking issues that may affect data accuracy.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings for internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about web analytics tools, digital trends, and measurement best practices.

Requirements




- Technical or university-level education in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in web analytics, digital marketing, reporting, or data analysis is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of website traffic and digital marketing metrics.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar web analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize information and meet reporting deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new analytics and digital marketing technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI, or other dashboarding tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and paid digital advertising.
- Understanding of UTM tracking and conversion measurement.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, website structures, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience analyzing e-commerce or lead-generation websites.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization.
