Job Summary

Quantums SpA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Asistente de Análisis Financiero to support the finance team with financial data analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and administrative activities. The successful candidate will help prepare financial information, monitor business performance, and provide accurate data to support management decision-making.

The adecuado candidate will have strong numerical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to develop professionally in financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Compare actual results against budgets and identify significant variances.
- Prepare spreadsheets, financial summaries, and management reports.
- Assist with revenue, expense, cash flow, and profitability analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.
- Verify financial information and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Support the preparation of financial models and business analysis.
- Assist with invoice, expense, and transaction reconciliation.
- Monitor key financial indicators and assist in preparing performance dashboards.
- Provide financial information and reports to internal departments as required.
- Coordinate with accounting, operations, procurement, and management teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
- Support continuous improvement of financial reporting and analysis processes.





Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial analysis, accounting, administration, or a similar position is preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
- Ability to interpret financial information and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP, accounting, or financial management systems.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Experience preparing financial dashboards and KPI reports.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
