Job Summary

Drone Simulator SpA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analista Financiero de Proyectos Tecnológicos to support the financial planning, analysis, and monitoring of technology projects. The successful candidate will evaluate project budgets, track costs, analyze financial performance, and provide insights that help management make informed investment and operational decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, budgeting, project control, and preferably working with technology, software, engineering, or other innovation-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare financial analyses, budgets, forecasts, and financial models for technology projects.
- Monitor project costs, expenditures, revenues, and profitability.
- Compare vigente financial performance against approved budgets and forecasts.
- Identify cost variances and investigate their causes.
- Support project managers with financial planning and cost-control activities.
- Evaluate project investment proposals and expected financial returns.
- Prepare financial reports and management presentations.
- Track project milestones and assess their potential financial impact.
- Analyze vendor contracts, technology purchases, and project-related expenses.
- Maintain accurate financial records and project cost documentation.
- Assist with annual planning, forecasting, and resource allocation processes.
- Develop financial KPIs and dashboards to monitor project performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve project profitability and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance, technology, procurement, operations, and project management teams.




- Ensure financial processes comply with company policies and internal controls.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial analysis, project finance, management control, or a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost analysis.
- Experience analyzing project financial performance and variances.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting technology, software, engineering, or innovation projects.
- Knowledge of ERP, project management, or business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and financial KPIs.
- Knowledge of investment analysis and ROI evaluation.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
