What You'll Do
Design and implement scalable initiatives to improve user experience and adoption. Analyze transactional data and KPIs to generate insights that drive profitability and new products. Optimize efficiency and profitability of flows and products by identifying synergies and proposing innovations. Act as the main link between internal teams, translating business needs into technical and risk requirements. Manage relationships and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and financial entities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related fields. 4 years of experience in Business, Strategy, Operations, or Product areas. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL and Google Sheets/Excel.
