PT Nusa Indah Chile is seeking a detailed and proactive Foreign Trade Analyst (_Analista de Comercio Exterior_) to manage import and export operations, international logistics, and customs documentation. In this role, you will coordinate integral supply chain workflows, handle regulatory compliance with customs authorities, and ensure smooth cross-border shipments between international suppliers and regional distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations, tracking shipments from point of origin to final destination.
- Prepare, audit, and review foreign trade documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin, and Customs Declarations (DIN/DUS).
- Coordinate directly with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, port authorities, and warehouse teams to prevent shipment delays.
- Monitor tariff classifications, customs duties, free trade agreements (FTAs), and international trade compliance under Chilean customs (SNA) regulations.
- Perform cost calculations,



estimate landed costs, and track foreign exchange/payment processes with banking partners.
- Resolve operational issues, customs holds, or logístical bottlenecks efficiently while maintaining precise records in the company ERP system.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in import/export operations, foreign trade management, or international freight forwarding in Chile.
- Solid working knowledge of Chilean customs regulations, tariff codes, and international commercial terms (Incoterms 2020).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Softland) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required
