Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative activities and office operations.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, files, databases, and company information.
- Coordinate communication between departments, clients, vendors, and management.
- Assist with invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and other administrative paperwork.
- Organize meetings, events, travel arrangements, and logistics when required.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Support managers and team members with administrative and coordination needs.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or business training is a plus.
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
