Job Overview

TerraAndes Engineering SpA is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with clients and ensure they receive maximum value from our engineering, technical consulting, equipment, project management, and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned clients and key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service lifecycle.
- Understand customer objectives, operational requirements, and technical needs.
- Develop and maintain customer success plans and account strategies.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, business reviews, and service-performance discussions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and overall account health.




- Coordinate with engineering, project management, maintenance, sales, and technical teams to address customer requirements.
- Identify potential customer issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Track service delivery, project milestones, customer commitments, and follow-up activities.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and additional services where appropriate.
- Support contract renewals and long-term customer retention initiatives.
- Prepare customer reports, account summaries, and performance updates for management.
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in CRM or account-management systems.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders.
- Monitor industry developments and customer needs to identify opportunities for improved service delivery.
