Construction Project Coordinator

Monthly Salary:CLP $1,600,000 -$2,000,000 gross

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results-driven Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Santiago, Chile.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day construction project activities and site operations.
- Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, materials, and deliverables.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and issues.
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and project documentation.
- Assist with procurement, quotations, purchase orders, and material deliveries.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Organize and participate in project meetings and site inspections.
- Maintain accurate project records, drawings, permits, contracts,



and documentation.
- Support the Project Manager with cost control, change orders, and project closeout.
- Communicate project updates clearly to management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Degree or technical qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience coordinating construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, contractors, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, or other project-management tools is an advantage.
