Job Overview:
Amcor Wine & Spirits is looking for an Operations Excellence and Production Manager to lead continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives at our Santiago manufacturing site. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, embedding the Amcor Manufacturing System (AMS), and delivering sustainable improvements across production, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support operational transformation initiatives across the plant.
Identify improvement opportunities and establish ambitious performance targets.
Implement and sustain the Amcor Manufacturing System (AMS).
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs, including OEE, Quality, Waste, and On-Time Delivery.
Engage, coach, and develop teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with regional and general teams to share best practices and support a One Amcor approach.
Deliver training and capability-building programs to strengthen operational excellence across the site.
