What you will do:
•Act as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for designated technology solutions and applications.
•Drive technology adoption and optimization by providing data-driven recommendations that maximize customer value.
•Lead customer onboarding and success plans,



ensuring effective technology utilization through the first 30, 60, and 90 days.
•Identify customer challenges and opportunities, providing actionable feedback to support regional growth and service development.
•Support field follow-up programs and contribute to continuous platform and process improvements.
•Collaborate with customers, commercial teams, and technical stakeholders to achieve operational and business outcomes.
