Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and client support procedures.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Escalate complex or specialized issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been fully resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, complaints, and resolutions.
- Monitor and manage support tickets according to established service standards.
- Coordinate with consulting, project management, operations, and other internal teams to resolve client concerns.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to support processes.




- Assist with onboarding new clients and explaining relevant services or procedures.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to management.
- Prepare basic customer-service reports and performance summaries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and internal procedures.
- Handle customer information professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Customer Service, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, client relations, help desk, or a similar position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
