We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing strategy that fuels our innovation pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy for raw materials, seed varieties, bio‑inputs, precision‑farming hardware, and packaging, aligning with product‑development timelines and sustainability goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers; negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to secure high‑quality, cost‑effective supplies.




- Oversee purchase‑order creation, order tracking, and inbound logistics; maintain optimal inventory levels to support R&D;, production, and field‑deployment activities.
- Conduct market research and risk‑assessment analyses to anticipate supply‑chain disruptions, manage lead‑time variability, and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate closely with R&D;, production, quality‑assurance, and finance teams to ensure specifications, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence.
- Implement supplier‑performance monitoring, KPI reporting, and continuous‑improvement initiatives (e.g., cost‑reduction programs, lean processes).
- Ensure compliance with Chilean agricultural regulations, export requirements, and the company’s sustainability standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agronomy, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
