Job Overview

Andina Intelligence Systems SpA is seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Consultant to provide professional technical assistance to clients using our AI, data analytics, automation, and intelligent software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate technical problems and determine appropriate solutions or workarounds.
- Guide customers through installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Document support requests, technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to engineering, development, or specialized support teams when required.
- Monitor and follow up on unresolved technical issues until they are successfully resolved.
- Assist customers with product functionality, system configuration,



and best practices.
- Identify recurring technical problems and recommend improvements to products and support processes.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data specialists, project managers, and customer success teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in software testing, system updates, and product improvement initiatives.
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate recurring concerns to relevant internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems and CRM platforms.
- Stay informed about new product features, technologies, and technical support procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
