IT Support Specialist

Monthly Salary:CLP $1,300,000 - $1,600,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and working with a wide range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
- Monitor and resolve IT service requests and incidents.
- Maintain accurate IT asset and equipment records.
- Assist with network and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors.
- Support cybersecurity and IT compliance procedures.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides.




- Provide professional and friendly customer service to all employees.

Requirements:
- Technical degree or professional qualification in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and networking.
- Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and work independently.
- Good written and spoken Spanish.
- Intermediate English is preferred.
