KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily:
- Issue invoices and credit notes in the corresponding system, ensuring consistency with the services recorded in Tourplan.
- Validate that services have been correctly paid and recorded before issuing documents.
- Review booking information in Tourplan, ensuring it matches the details received from Operations or
- Sales.
- Generate checks in USD and soles according to payment instructions and prior validations.
- Maintain control of issued documents (invoices and credit notes), ensuring correct numbering and supporting documentation.
- Support the review of inconsistencies between issued documents and registered bookings, reporting to management when appropriate.

Weekly:
- Document and payment control.
- Review the correct issuance of invoices and credit notes during the week, identifying
