Overview

Moffatt & Nichol specializes in large complex waterfront infrastructure projects and is recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. We are actively looking for a Business Unit Leader to join our Santiago office. The Business Unit Leader will guide the strategic growth of the established Santiago offices by leading efforts to identify, capture and complete projects in the ports, marine terminal, coastal, water resources/stormwater, transportation, energy, environmental, Federal, State, local, and urban development markets.

The best candidate for this role will lead the team to:
- Achieve Moffatt & Nichol (M&N;) and client objectives; enhance client and employee satisfaction through effective business unit operations;
- Ensure staff management and development;
- Deploy and manage project resources, including subconsultants, vendors; and
- Provide oversight of project phases (planning, set-up,



execution, and closure) while in conformance with M&N; business and client contract requirements.
- Coordinate with the three M&N; practices to identify additional markets and potential office locations within Chile.
- Manage and maintain resources within the offices, and work to continue to attract top talent in the industry for growth and to maintain client service.
