The post holder will be responsible for the management of the Perioperative environment.In This Key Role, You WillTo support and manage nursing staff within the Perioperative area ensuring that patient needs are assessed, care planned, implemented and evaluated, and that there is consultation and involvement of patient/carers.Contribute, as part of the multidisciplinary team, to the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, standards and protocols of the Department, Directorate and Division to ensure adherence to, and delivery of the highest level of patient care at all times.Be fully conversant with the NMC/HPC & AODP Codes of Professional Conduct and other relevant documents, which support and maintain standards of professional practice for nurses,
