Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize supply-chain operations across procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier management, and planning.

The successful candidate will develop supply-chain strategies, manage supplier relationships, improve operational efficiency, control costs, and ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and services. The adecuado candidate will combine strong supply-chain expertise with analytical and technology-oriented thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement supply-chain strategies aligned with business and project objectives.
- Manage procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supplier-management activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, lead times, costs, and compliance.
- Develop demand forecasts and supply plans based on operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Coordinate purchasing and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Identify supply-chain risks and develop mitigation and business-continuity strategies.
- Analyze supply-chain costs and identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
- Establish and monitor supply-chain KPIs and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts,



and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, engineering, procurement, IT, and project teams.
- Ensure supply-chain processes comply with company policies and applicable Chilean regulations.
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives across supply-chain operations.
- Implement and improve ERP, inventory-management, procurement, and supply-chain systems.
- Use data analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support strategic planning for mining, energy, and technology-related projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop supply-chain or procurement team members as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply-chain management, procurement, logistics, operations, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand planning, and supplier management.
- Proven experience negotiating supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP and supply-chain management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent data-analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of supply-chain KPIs and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, suppliers, and deadlines.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.





Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in mining, energy, engineering, industrial technology, software, or infrastructure.
- Experience managing supply chains for large-scale projects or complex operations.
- Knowledge of the Chilean mining and energy supply markets.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with supply-chain analytics, automation, and digital-transformation tools.
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting, predictive analytics, or process automation is an advantage.
- Professional certification such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience managing international suppliers and cross-border logistics.
- Strong English communication skills for working with international suppliers and partners.
- Experience implementing cost-reduction and supply-chain optimization initiatives.
