About The Role

Uber is transforming the way people access what they need, when they need it-from restaurant meals and groceries to retail and everyday essentials. Behind every delivery is a complex marketplace, and our Product & Projects team works to make that experience as reliable, seamless, and efficient as possible for both customers and delivery partners.

In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives to improve the Delivery Marketplace across Latin America. You will identify opportunities through data, translate operational challenges into scalable solutions, and partner with Product, Operations, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams to improve marketplace reliability, timeliness, and the overall delivery experience.

We're looking for an independent, resourceful, and proactive problem solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and challenging the status quo. You should be able to move from identifying a problem to building a compelling business case, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution through measurable results.

What You'll Do

- Shape the Courier Product experience in Latin America. Gather local insights, identify product gaps, and partner with global and regional teams to influence product enhancements and new features that address the needs of delivery partners, customers, and the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery quality. Proactively uncover process and product improvements that help delivery partners consistently meet customer expectations across Restaurants, Grocery, and Retail.
- Turn data into business decisions. Analyze large datasets to identify the root causes of marketplace and delivery issues, build compelling business cases, define success metrics, and develop dashboards to monitor performance and impact.

- Own projects end to end.

Lead initiatives from problem definition and scoping through stakeholder alignment, implementation, launch, and impact measurement, taking accountability for outcomes and communication throughout the process.
- Drive cross-functional execution. Partner with local and integral stakeholders across Product, Operations, Customer Support, Policy, Legal, and other teams to scope, test, launch, and scale initiatives across Latin America.
- Solve complex problems at scale.

Apply a structured, data-driven approach to ambiguous marketplace challenges and translate insights into actionable, scalable solutions.

What You'll Need

Basic Qualifications

- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience solving analytical and operational problems in technology, consulting, strategy, operations, or a related field; alternatively, a relevant Master's degree.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate trade-offs, and translate insights into clear actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills, with demonstrated ability to build alignment across teams, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive projects from strategy through implementation.
- Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong data analysis skills, including experience using SQL, Python,

or similar tools to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and compelling presentations for different audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Product-oriented mindset, with experience translating operational pain points and user needs into scalable product or process solutions.
- Experience in marketplace, mobility, delivery, e-commerce, or other technology-driven environments with multiple stakeholders and complex operational challenges.

Ready to Ride? This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook - it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves - we'd love to hear from you. You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits. Explore our benefits.
