Monthly Salary: CLP $750,000 - $850,000

Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility for retail shifts

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, support the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

The idóneo candidate is a strong leader who can motivate employees, manage store performance, maintain operational standards, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer-service targets.
- Coordinate daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and staff schedules.
- Monitor sales, inventory, cash handling, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, safety, and company standards.
- Train and support new and existing team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.





Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, store supervision, or a similar leadership position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Customer-service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Availability to work retail schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Knowledge of KPIs and inventory management is an advantage.
