Position: Small Business Owners AI

Type: Short-Term Contractor Assignment (16 weeks)

Compensation: $15 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities

- Create realistic business-related prompts based on defined user goals.
- Interact with multiple AI chatbots and evaluate responses across clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.
- Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations of AI-generated responses.
- Evaluate AI responses across marketing, daily operations, customer management, market research, and financial planning use cases.
- Use business-related documents such as spreadsheets, PDFs, images, logos, and product materials as part of the evaluation process.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a business owner or strong understanding of small business operations.




- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and assess AI-generated responses objectively.
- Comfortable interacting with AI tools and chatbots.
- Spanish-speaking candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, or the Dominican Republic.
- Must have business-related documents/assets available in Spanish for use during evaluations.
- Candidates should be able to work with business materials such as spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other relevant files.
