On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Procurement Specialist.

Responsibilities

- Organizing bidding activities. Draft, run and finalize RFx processes including driving negotiations, formalizing contracts, supplier selection, qualifying new suppliers, operating and archiving all relevant in related systems.
- Compliance processes, Procurement planning and monitoring, etc.
- Routine communication and management of the existing suppliers;
- Developing procurement strategies and solutions;
- Procurement contract preparation and contract management;
- Analyzing procurement requirements and industry market, finding potential suppliers, gaining competitive advantages, and ensuring the effectiveness of implemented procurement strategies.
- Identifying the risks of procurement environment changes, establishing and implementing the risk prevention solutions, and ensuring the service stability.

Qualifications





- At least three years of procurement experience, delivery project experience and commercial negotiation experience are preferred. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English is essential. Chinese language skills would be a plus.
- Long-term and strategic mindset, ability to influence cross-department decision-making, ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, as well as good executional capabilities. Good business sensitivity and analytical skills as well as strong project management capabilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to plan, prioritize and execute major projects independently.
