Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap
- Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technical services
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT and technical teams
- Ensure technology systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective
- Establish IT policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Oversee cybersecurity, access controls, and technology risk management
- Manage cloud platforms, networks, servers, applications, and business systems
- Develop and manage IT budgets, resources, and priorities
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical solutions
- Lead digital transformation and technology improvement projects
- Monitor IT performance,

Who We’re Looking For
- Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in IT management or technology leadership
- Experience leading technical teams and complex IT projects
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to connect technology strategy with business objectives
- Relevant IT certifications are an advantage
