Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to provide accurate financial insights and support informed business decisions.

The adecuado candidate will have strong financial-management expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a technology, healthcare, medical-device, or other regulated business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Monitor budgets and investigate significant variances.
- Support strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Work closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners.




- Support tax planning and compliance with applicable Chilean regulations.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related financial activities, and other financial obligations.
- Develop financial dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Evaluate investments, operating costs, and financial risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.
- Support procurement and contract decisions from a financial perspective.
- Ensure financial policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Lead or support finance-related projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and company information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional finance or accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Chilean tax and financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with ERP or financial-management systems.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.





Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Previous experience in medical devices, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, technology, or other regulated industries.
- Experience managing finance functions within a growing or international company.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Experience with financial reporting, internal controls, and external audits.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards such as IFRS.
- Experience with financial modeling, investment analysis, and business planning.
- Strong English communication skills for working with international partners and suppliers.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external financial service providers.
