Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis.

The successful candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports and forecasts, monitor business performance, and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency with financial and data-analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and business performance data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and key financial indicators.
- Perform variance analysis and investigate significant differences between presente and budgeted results.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Conduct profitability and cost analysis for conferences, webinars, memberships, and other business activities.
- Analyze revenue trends, operating costs,



and financial performance by business area.
- Assist management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Collect and validate financial data from internal systems and other sources.
- Maintain accurate financial models, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, sales, and management teams.
- Support financial audits and provide requested analysis and documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to increase financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, accounting, business analysis, or a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience creating financial models and performing quantitative analysis.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.




- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FP&A;, management reporting, forecasting, or business intelligence.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data-analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP or financial-management systems.
- Knowledge of IFRS or Chilean accounting and financial practices.
- Previous experience in technology, professional services, events, conferences, manufacturing, or engineering-related industries.
- Experience analyzing subscription, membership, event, or digital-platform revenue.
- Strong English communication skills are an advantage.
- Professional certification or postgraduate studies in finance, accounting, or business are a plus.
