Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and professional English Teacher to provide high-quality English-language instruction to employees and learners. The successful candidate will create engaging lessons that develop speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, and professional communication skills.

The idóneo candidate will be able to adapt lessons to different proficiency levels and create a supportive learning environment that encourages continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for individual and group learners.
- Assess students' English proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials appropriate to different skill levels.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Provide practical conversation activities and real-world communication exercises.
- Adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles and needs.
- Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate learning records.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and administer quizzes, assignments, and language assessments.
- Encourage students to develop confidence in spoken and written English.
- Use digital tools and online resources to support classroom or virtual instruction.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive learning environment.




- Communicate learner progress and training needs when appropriate.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience teaching English as a second language or foreign language.
- Advanced English proficiency, preferably C1 or C2 level.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach learners with different levels of English proficiency.
- Strong lesson-planning and classroom-management abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
- Professional, patient, and supportive approach to teaching.

Preferred Qualifications
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification.
- Experience teaching English to adults or corporate professionals.
- Experience delivering business or workplace English training.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
- Experience developing customized learning programs.
- Spanish-language proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience working with professionals in finance, insurance, construction, business services, or other corporate environments is a plus.
