Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business English Trainer to deliver practical, engaging English-language training for employees and professionals working in a technology and fintech environment.

The successful candidate will help employees strengthen their professional English communication skills for meetings, presentations, emails, client interactions, negotiations, and collaboration with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver customized Business English training programs for employees.
- Assess learners' English proficiency and identify individual learning needs.
- Conduct engaging lessons focused on workplace communication and professional vocabulary.
- Train employees in business writing, presentations, meetings, negotiations, and professional correspondence.
- Develop lesson plans, exercises, assessments, and learning materials.
- Provide constructive feedback on grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Conduct speaking and role-play activities based on real-world business situations.
- Track learner progress and provide regular performance feedback.
- Adapt training methods to different proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Collaborate with managers to align training objectives with business needs.
- Incorporate technology and digital learning tools into training sessions.
- Stay informed about modern Business English teaching practices and resources.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English,



Education, Linguistics, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience teaching Business English, corporate English, ESL, or professional communication.
- Advanced English proficiency, preferably C1 or C2 level.
- Strong understanding of business vocabulary and professional communication.
- Excellent presentation, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and practical training materials.
- Strong classroom and virtual-training management skills.
- Ability to assess learners and adapt lessons according to their proficiency levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with professionals from different backgrounds and levels of English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification.
- Experience providing English training to employees in technology, fintech, banking, finance, or corporate environments.
- Experience teaching business writing, presentations, negotiations, and executive communication.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
- Experience developing customized corporate language-training programs.
- Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience working with international teams or multinational companies is a plus.
