Analista de Soporte de TI at BairesDev

Estamos buscando un analista de soporte de TI para unirse a nuestro equipo interno de mesa de ayuda y brindar soporte técnico y asesoramiento a los usuarios de TI. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para ser uno de los miembros clave de nuestro equipo de ingeniería y posicionarse para oportunidades únicas de crecimiento profesional.

Principales responsabilidades

- Apoyar a los profesionales en la resolución de problemas técnicos por correo electrónico, teléfono y Jira.
- Solucionar problemas informáticos.
- Compra de hardware.
- Administración de tarjetas de seguridad del edificio.
- Mantenimiento general de oficina y hardware.





¿Qué Buscamos?:
- 1+ años de experiencia en puestos similares en una empresa que cuente con Help Desk interno.
- Experiencia con Windows 10, Mac OS, Android, AWS, Redes.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita; habilidades interpersonales y de presentación.
- Organizado y detallista.
- Capacidad demostrada para trabajar en equipo y de forma independiente.
- Capacidad para trabajar en múltiples proyectos simultáneamente con entrega efectiva.
