Accounting Analyst | Analista Contable

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst (Analista Contable) to join our Finance & Accounting team in Chile.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's accounting operations, analyzing financial information, performing reconciliations, assisting with monthly closing processes, and ensuring accurate and timely accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
- Analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accounting entries, provisions, accruals, and adjustments.
- Support monthly and annual accounting closing processes.
- Review invoices, expenses, payments, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare financial and management reports.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with Chilean accounting and tax requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes.

Requirements




- Degree or technical qualification in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Knowledge of Chilean accounting and tax processes.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software; SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
