¿Cuál será tu desafío?

- Administrar, brindar soporte y realizar troubleshooting sobre infraestructura de Routing & Switching y Wireless 802.11 en ambientes empresariales.
- Administrar y resolver incidentes sobre plataformas Cisco Catalyst 9800, Cisco ISE y soluciones Wireless Aruba.
- Operar y realizar troubleshooting de soluciones Fortinet, incluyendo FortiGate y Secure SD-WAN.
- Monitorear, investigar y resolver incidentes de networking, escalando aquellos que requieran apoyo especializado.
- Gestionar configuraciones, conectividad, políticas de seguridad, VPN y segmentación de redes.
- Registrar y documentar incidentes, solicitudes, configuraciones y actividades técnicas, realizando seguimiento con equipos internos y proveedores.

Requisitos excluyentes:

- Contar con al menos 3 años de experiencia en el rubro.
- Titulados de Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Redes y Conectividad o carreras afines.
- Experiencia comprobable en Routing & Switching Cisco y troubleshooting de redes empresariales.
- Experiencia en soluciones Wireless Cisco, idealmente Cisco Catalyst 9800.
- Experiencia en Cisco ISE y/o soluciones Fortinet, principalmente FortiGate y SD-WAN.

Requisitos deseables:

- Experiencia o conocimientos en soluciones Wireless Aruba.




- Conocimientos en FortiManager y/o FortiAnalyzer.
- Conocimientos de OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, 802.1X, RADIUS y TACACS+.
- Certificación Cisco CCNA / CCNP.
- Certificaciones o conocimientos en Cisco SD-WAN y AWS.
- Inglés nivel intermedio.
