Entrust is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to grow and retain LATAM accounts from Santiago, Chile. You will manage a book of business, onboard new customers, and partner with Sales to drive up/cross-sell while delivering exceptional Entrust experiences.
You will collaborate with Account Executives and Product teams, resolve client challenges, relay customer priorities, and coach teams to scale. Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese helpful; remote/hybrid options available.
