Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical professional with proven experience in operational leadership to take charge of one of our most strategic client portfolios. This role requires the ability to navigate a dynamic environment, ensure operational excellence, and deliver consistent results.

Key Deliverables

- Financial Accountability: Full control over the P&L;, profitability, and cost-efficiency of the designated operations.
- Performance Strategy: Define, implement,



and execute actionable plans to drive operational success.
- Workforce Direction: Direct supervision of field and operational teams, ensuring high performance, productivity, and goal achievement.
- B2B Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor core KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and roll out initiatives to streamline and optimize daily processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Solid background in operational leadership and strategic business management.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen to optimize processes and manage P&L; effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, retail, or eCommerce environments is highly desirable.
