ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations & Investment Operations
Specialist to become the operational backbone of a rapidly growing investment
management firm.
This is a highly cross-functional role supporting business operations,
recruiting,



people operations, executive support, investor relations, finance,
fund operations, and AI-driven process automation.
The idóneo candidate is an experienced operator who thrives in fast-paced startup
environments, enjoys building scalable systems, and has a strong understanding
of finance, accounting, and investment operations. Rather than simply
maintaining processes, you'll continuously improve them through automation and
AI while supporting critical business and fund operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

RECRUITING & PEOPLE OPERATIONS

* Run the full recruiting cycle: sourcing coordination, scheduling, candidate
communication, and interview logistics
* Own onboarding and offboarding end to end, shaping a great candidate and
employee experience as we grow
* Keep HR systems, records, and people processes accurate and current
* Be a culture carrier for a distributed team, the connective tissue that keeps
everyone
