We are seeking a motivated, organized, and
customer-focused Booking Agent to assist clients with researching,
planning, and coordinating travel arrangements. In this remote
role, you will work with clients to understand their travel
preferences, research available options, assist with reservation
details, and provide ongoing support throughout the travel planning
process. This opportunity is adecuado for someone who enjoys helping
people, researching destinations, staying organized, and creating
positive customer experiences. Previous travel industry experience
is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing resources are
available. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to
understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets Research
hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, vacation packages, and other
travel options Assist clients with coordinating and completing
travel reservations Provide accurate information regarding
destinations, accommodations, and available travel options Review
reservation details for accuracy Communicate with travel suppliers

reservation updates and changes when necessary Maintain organized
records of client communications and travel arrangements Follow up

addressed Stay informed about supplier updates, promotions,

Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer
service and interpersonal skills Organized with strong attention to
detail Comfortable researching information online Basic computer
and internet proficiency Ability to learn online booking and
supplier platforms Strong time-management and follow-up skills
