Veta Virtual is hiring a Customer Retention Representative for one of our high growth clients in the fintech and cryptocurrency industry. This is not a passive customer support role. This is a revenue generating, relationship driven position for someone who is persuasive, energetic, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people over the phone. You will be the voice that brings inactive customers back, reignites their interest, and reminds them why they chose this platform in the first place.
? Your Role
As a Customer Retention Representative, you will work directly within our client's retention team, reaching out to inactive customers by phone and text to re engage them with a leading cryptocurrency kiosk platform. You will use consultative selling techniques, handle objections with confidence, and use incentives and promotions to bring customers back to active status. Your success will be measured in real,
trackable revenue recovered from customers who had drifted away. Your day to day will involve:
Conducting high volume outbound outreach to hundreds of existing customers daily by phone, with targeted text follow ups to maximize re engagement.
Identifying the right customers to target through data analysis and critical thinking, prioritizing outreach based on transaction history, inactivity, and revenue potential.
Engaging customers in meaningful, consultative conversations centered on the value and benefits of returning to the cryptocurrency kiosk platform, meeting them where they are and addressing their specific hesitations.
Educating customers on available products, value added services, and customer benefits, explaining clearly how the platform works for both new and experienced users.
Handling objections, competing offers, and customer concerns with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-oriented app
