Job Summary:
Supermicro embedded team is looking for Sr. Solutions Manager to grow and expand the business opportunities of in-house embedded solutions with customers. Your goal is to engage, develop, and expand our customer portfolio in the edge computing and embedded/IoT solutions. In this role, you will be representing Supermicro in major trade shows and conferences to network and meet with clients, and further developing the opportunity pipelines. You will also participate in products and solutions design,



ensure new products incorporated the expectations and requirements from customers to increase business opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with management to set customer acquisition and revenue growth targets

• Develop and execute customer acquisition plans with various teams as necessary

• Collaborate with various teams as suitable within the organizations to secure (acquire/retain) customers

• Support pre-sales engagement by lead cross-functional teams to design solution proposals to influence and win customer

• Build and maintain a network of business relationships, including the executives of clients, prospects, and other resources

• Create solutions with vertical market focus, from proof of concept to market solutions
