Proskauer Rose LLP is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant to provide support and assistance to the Firm’s Legal Recruiting Department in the Los Angeles office. The role supports law student recruiting, callback interview coordination, summer associate program administration, recruiting event logistics, and candidate data management.



The Legal Recruiting Assistant helps maintain accurate recruiting records and timely communications with candidates, law schools, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to support an organized and professional hiring process. This role operates in a support capacity under the direction of the Associate Director of Legal Recruiting and Professional Development and escalates non-routine issues, exceptions, or candidate-sensitive matters as appropriate.
Responsibilities
Coordinate law school recruitment efforts for the Los Angeles office by tracking student candidates, scheduling interviews, compiling candidate evaluations , and maintaining status updates in viRecruit.
Maintain organized recruitment records and ensure timely communication with candidates and law schools to support a smooth and professional hiring process.
Serve as the liaison for students invited for call-back interviews.
Schedule multiple in-office interviews per day and handle all cancellations/changes a
