NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Global Gateway Transport and Urban Facility 2 – EC-INTPA/2026/EA-RP/0006.”

The overall objective of the project is to support the global transition towards inclusive, smart, clean, safe, secure, resilient and sustainable transport and cities in partner countries, in line with the Integral Gateway strategy and the European Green Deal's geopolitical offer.

The contract is expected to start in January 2027 and will have an implementation period of 48 months.



Experts may be mobilised for short-term technical assistance assignments globally, with a particular focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Asia and the Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the identification, preparation, appraisal and implementation of sustainable urban development projects and programmes.
Conducting urban diagnostics, prefeasibility and feasibility studies, technical assessments, economic and financial analyses, and urban development studies.
Supporting integrated urban planning, land-use planning and the preparation of urban development strategies and master plans.
Supporting the development of smart, green, inclusive, safe and climate-resilient cities.
Advising public authorities on urban policies, regulatory frameworks, insti
