Job Description:
- These professional has great leadership capacity and skills during the diferents stage of these projects.
- Coordination and development of environmental management systems as well as health and safety.
- Monitoring compliance between EHS planning and works on site
- Assess compliance with agreed KPIs across all project stages
- Communicate EHS at all levels
- EHS planning and coordination of work activities on the sites
- Identify, assess, control,



monitor of HRA
- Training, qualification, certification, and education of workers according to role and activity
- Review of specific EHS plans of action, lifting plans, etc.
- Assess accidents, incidents, and near-miss reporting, including evaluation of findings, and monitoring implementation of corrective and preventive measures
- Perform on-going assessment of resources provided by LP to enable implementation of contractor’s EHS management system
- Encourage and promote EHS initiatives aimed at influencing positive safety behavior on the sites
- Encourage and promote contractor participation in structured EHS award schemes by recognized bodies

Qualifications:
- Experienced in change management to improve EHS procedures as well as to identify related key performance indicators.
- Extensive experience in coordinating, auditing and consulting of high-risk activities
