We are looking for the person who will own demand, B2B and B2C: the campaigns that generate it, the data that explains it, and the site conversion that captures it.
? What you will answer for
The volume of qualified demand we generate every month, B2B and B2C, and what it costs
The return on the media investment: CPM, cost per result, and what each channel actually delivers for what we put into it
The inbound demand that feeds our B2B pipeline
?️ What you will do
Run our performance channels end to end, across Meta, Google and YouTube: structure, budget, audiences, creative briefing and weekly optimization
Run the lead capture campaigns inside our clients' accounts
Generate B2B demand for the destinations and properties we work with, alongside the content team




Read GA4 and Search Console to diagnose the funnel and interpret it, not just report it
Raise conversion on wheeltheworld.com, for leads and for bookings
Run email and the newsletter alongside the content team
✅ What we are looking for
Real command of performance and of how digital channels work, with budget you have managed and a cost per result you have answered for
The ability to read data and reach a conclusion that can be executed
Writing and reading English: we work with clients in the United States and the team's reporting is in English
Proactivity: this role owns a number from day one
A genuine interest in technology and in AI applied to the work
