We are searching for the best talent for an Administrative Assistant to be located in Santiago de Chile - Chile.

Purpose:
Performs numerous diversified secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties and responsibilities for the office coordination. Duties may include normal secretarial activities such as typing, correspondence, word processing, scheduling appointments, etc. Also coordinates and assist in preparing events, manage providers, concur etc.

You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate meetings and keep calendar agenda updated
- Assist the Cluster Leadership Team based in Chile e in the planning of local or cluster meetings and events.
- Assist the VP with travel logistics and expense reporting
- Liaise with Executive Assistants in other sites/ regions on projects and tasks.
- Manage the logistics planning
