A _Técnico_ is a specialized professional who applies practical and theoretical knowledge to install, maintain, repair, and optimize specific systems, machinery, or software. They are the bridge between complex engineering designs and real-world functionality.

Core Responsibilities:
- Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Identify failures in equipment, networks, or systems using diagnostic tools, schematics, and software.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections and calibrations to prevent downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Repair & Installation: Physically or digitally replace faulty components, install new hardware/software, and ensure systems are operational.
- Technical Support: Provide hands-on assistance to end-users or clients, explaining complex issues in simple terms.
- Documentation: Write detailed reports on interventions, track inventory of spare parts, and update maintenance logs.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, technical standards, and manufacturer specifications.
