Your Mission:
As Regional Process Specialist,
your key mission is to support the Regional Supply Chain Organization with process expertise. This includes deep diving into processes to achieve continuous improvements and to e.g. being a process expert to facilitate rolling out M3 and GPS (or other). Once these systems have been rolled out, your task is to ensure the process adherence and development in the regional organization.
As a Regional Process Specialist, you will act as the link between the General Process Specialists and the Regional users. This means providing concrete feedback on processes and provide improvement suggestions to the global team. Perhaps most importantly, it means providing training and support to the regional user teams. Additionally, this position should also facilitate training and support to the regional user teams. In this role the focus will be on improving processes, not addressing specific examples or cases.
