Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of products and solutions within our renewable-energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify emerging needs and opportunities.
- Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications.
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to define product requirements and deliverables.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, cost, and feasibility.
- Coordinate product development activities from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Monitor product performance using appropriate KPIs and business metrics.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with sales and business-development teams to support product positioning and go-to-market activities.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure effective product implementation.
