We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our team in Chile and help organizations improve their business performance, develop strategies, optimize processes, and achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations, processes, and performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, growth, and operational improvement.
- Develop business strategies and practical recommendations for clients.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs.
- Support implementation of consulting projects and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project results and provide performance insights.
- Build strong,



professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous consulting, business analysis, strategy, or project-management experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel and business-analysis tools.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
