Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, retail, sales, finance, logistics, and customer service.
- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify project risks, issues,



and potential delays and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status, priorities, and changes to management and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, reports, meeting records, and action items.
- Coordinate with external vendors, technology partners, and service providers when required.
- Ensure projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure follow-up on assigned actions.
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes, products, and operational initiatives.
- Evaluate completed projects and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
